Along with the two-piece plaid ensemble, the Grammy winner sent Naya a black jacket.
In addition to the green plaid Miu Miu set, Swift also gifted Naya a black bomber jacket.
“Picked you up a few things I hope you’ll think are tea. Merry Christmas! Love, Taylor,” Naya read aloud from the singer’s note, which was handwritten on custom stationary.
“I loved meeting you last week,” Swift also wrote. “You were so much fun. So sweet and so nice complimenting me on my outfit.”
“Picked you up a few things I hope you’ll think are tea,” Swift wrote to a fan named Naya.
The “Shake It Off” songstress, 35, then explained that she “purposely” avoided telling Naya where she purchased her outfit because she wanted to surprise her for the holidays.
Swift’s note on the items being “tea” came after Naya told the recording artist that her nearly $5,000 ensemble was “tea” in a now-viral exchange during the hospital visit.
“Thank you for saying my outfit was tea,” Swift told Naya in a Dec. 12 video while autographing a copy of her Eras Tour book.
“You made my day with that! Like, walking in, you were just so sweet, so friendly and so lovely.”
